I’m Suzanne, a professional bridal makeup artist based in Plymouth, covering Devon and Cornwall. I specialise in soft glam, natural and timeless bridal makeup, created to enhance your features while still feeling completely like you.
My journey with makeup began long before I ever worked professionally. As a teenager, I struggled with my skin and spent years trying to cover up, searching for confidence rather than perfection. That experience shaped my approach to makeup and sits at the heart of everything I do today — it’s never about masking who you are, but about enhancing your natural beauty and helping you feel confident and comfortable in your own skin.….
About Me
…I came to makeup later in life, in my early to mid-30s, but once I found it, it quickly became my passion. I invested in professional training, refined my technique, and fell in love with both the artistry and the personal connection that comes with working so closely with brides on one of the most meaningful days of their lives.
Now in my 40s, I also have a strong understanding of mature skin and how to work with it beautifully — creating fresh, radiant makeup that enhances rather than settles, and complements your skin at every stage of life.
My signature style focuses on healthy, glowing skin with softly defined eyes — makeup that photographs flawlessly yet feels effortless and wearable. I truly believe a photo tells a thousand words, which is why I create timeless looks that look just as beautiful in person as they do on camera.
When I’m not working, I’m a proud step-mum, a devoted dog mum to Mabel and Daisy, and I love spending time travelling and exploring new destinations with my husband. Those quieter moments away from work keep me grounded, inspired and passionate about what I do.
On the morning of your wedding, my priority is making you feel calm, listened to and completely in safe hands. I also work as part of two professional makeup teams, meaning I can confidently accommodate larger bridal parties by bringing trusted, experienced assistants when needed — without ever compromising on quality or care.
From your bridal preview through to the final touches on the day, my aim is to create a relaxed, luxury experience where you can truly enjoy every moment.
