Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes plans change, and I aim to be as flexible as possible. However, as a small business, cancellations can have a significant impact. Please read my policy carefully before booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
  • No-Shows: If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the full cost of the service may be charged.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment once free of charge if at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Further rescheduling may be subject to availability and an additional fee.

Business Cancellations

  • In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Weddings & Group Bookings

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure wedding or group bookings. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the event will be charged 50% of the total booking fee, and cancellations within 7 days of the event will be charged in full.

Deposit, Payment & Cancellation Policy

I value your booking and dedicate time to providing the best service. To ensure a smooth experience, please review my payment and cancellation terms below.

Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance.
  • Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
  • The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of your appointment via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed payment methods.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to receive a full refund of any payment made (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. If cancelled within 24 hours, the full balance may be required.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in being charged the full amount of the booked service.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment once free of charge, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

Weddings & Group Bookings

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure wedding or group bookings.
  • The full balance is due no later than 14 days before the event.
  • Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the event will result in a 50% charge of the total booking fee. Cancellations within 7 days will be charged in full.

Business Cancellations

  • In the rare event that I need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any payments made or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
